I created this for the Fall 2025 Game Interactivity with the Carnegie Mellon School of art. It’s somewhat of an experimentation in making a 3D walking simulator using the 3D scans of my hometown. I used the Google Maps Tiles API and imported the 3D model into Blender and Unity to serve as the world you would walk around and explore. It captures a feeling of nostalgia as you wander a surreal suburban landscape with your friend, based on my experiences visitng home from college.
The project was created in Unity, and the dialogue system was implemented using Ink and Molleindustria’s 3D exploration template.
